My new job :)

We had our first booth at The Dallas Flea a couple of weeks ago and it was SOOO much fun! Steph and I are already looking for another fun show to work. We were in our element! It was a ton of work but totally worth it ;) We may or may not have stayed up the entire night before getting everything together! Sleep? Ain't nobody got time for that!! haha, just kidding I think I am STILL recovering from that weekend!  I definitely couldn't have done it without my mom and sister's help! Here are some pics I took so I will remember for next time!

So excited to get to use all of Steph & Johnny's neon wedding stuff again!!
It's amazing what we were able to fit into a 6 ft by 6 ft space!

A lot of people have been asking how Etsy is going. I have to admit I was very hesitant about selling through ETSY because it is just saturated with baby stuff but I am SO glad I gave it a shot! We just celebrated our 100th sale in 3 months so we are feeling very blessed!  I am loving my new job and being able to help out a little financially. It's keeping me the perfect amount of busy so I still get my Gavin time! THANK YOU, THANK YOU to everyone who has encouraged and supported the start of this little business... and there are lots of you ;)

If you haven't already, please LIKE Witt's End Design Facebook Page or follow me on Instagram: @WittsEndDesign for special sales and giveaways! There is actually a giveaway going on right now for $20 store credit that ends tonight at midnight!! We have lots of fun Christmas gifts so be sure to check out our website!

Let the Wild Rumpus Start

It was such a fun Halloween this year because Gavin really understood what was going on! He is obsessed with the book, "Where The Wild Things Are" so I had been thinking about a Max costume for a while. So when I found this crown...

...obviously, we had to have it!! You must check out this ETSY shop! Adorable customized crowns and party hats for birthdays!
I love doing costumes that incorporate items we will actually wear again. So, really the only thing costume specific is the crown, tail and treat bag. It also keeps things somewhat original which I love ;)
Gavin was so excited to get his crown in the mail but when he opened it up he tossed it aside and acted scared of it. The only thing I could figure out was that he didn't like the fur on the crown.  Anyways, he refused to wear it AT ALL prior to Halloween. We spent the week talking about how fun it would be to dress up like Max but I was 100% convinced that he would NOT wear that crown! It's pretty much a Halloween miracle that not only did he wear it for pictures but kept it on most of the night!
Whew!

We went to the Prestonwood Fall Festival again this year and it was so much fun! They had food trucks, games, bounce houses, a petting zoo and live music.

He was excited!
 little ham...

We met up with the Rifes and Hucks and their little cuties!

Gavin was really into the games this year. He loved tee ball, the stroller race, golf and knocking down the cup towers.

I wish we would have made it back in time to go trick or treating because our neighborhood seemed to really get into it.... and we just didn't get enough candy ;)
Maybe next year...

The Ugly Pumpkin

Gavin has been reading the cutest little book that I used to read to my kiddos at school called, "The Ugly Pumpkin." He asks to read it every night and memorized every word. Anyways, the story ends with the ugly pumpkin finding out that he is not a pumpkin, he is actually a squash. Too cute! So at the pumpkin patch Gavin was on a mission to find his own ugly pumpkin.

this one is pretty ugly....

He played in the bounce house for like 2 mins until he fell down and got "scared" haha

that hair....

ok mom...enough with the pictures

Found his ugly pumpkin!
